To return an item you must contact our customer service desk and obtain a “RMA” number. All returns must be made within 60 days of the reception of your merchandise. All returned merchandise must be in its original packaging, unused and in its original condition. The refund will only be made once the item has been received and verified by the manufacturer insuring that the item is returnable. The customer is responsible for any courier fee’s related to the return of the item to STL.
If the item was verified by the manufacturer and can be returned, STL will issue a credit within the 2 weeks following the reception of the items
